Our Impact: Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts
When Hurricane Helene devastated communities in North Carolina, The BIFF, Inc mobilized quickly to provide immediate relief and long-term recovery support. Through the generosity of donors, businesses, and volunteers, we were able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected.
Our efforts included:
Fundraising & Donations: We successfully raised funds to provide critical resources, ensuring families had access to emergency shelter, food, and essential supplies.
Essential Goods Distribution: Thanks to generous contributions from individuals and corporate partners, we distributed food, water, hygiene products, clothing, and household essentials to impacted families.
Corporate Partnerships: Companies stepped up by donating much-needed supplies, including chainsaws, Starlinks, heavy duty boots and equipment to aid in disaster recovery.
Fuel for Emergency Response: We provided fuel for helicopters and private aircraft used in search-and-rescue missions, as well as to transport supplies to hard-hit and inaccessible areas.
Community Support & Rebuilding: Beyond immediate relief, we helped families rebuild by offering assistance in cleanup efforts and connecting them with long-term recovery resources.
Through collaboration and unwavering commitment, we turned compassion into action, ensuring that those impacted by Hurricane Helene received the help they needed to recover and rebuild.
